Do you have a retail shop?
Yes, we do. The Lobkowicz Palace Boutique is located in the Prague Castle complex, closest to Malostranská station. We are open everyday from 10:00 to 18:00 and look forward to welcoming you at Jiřská 3/1, Praha 1. Any changes to our opening hours will be updated on our website.
I saw a product while visiting the Lobkowicz Palace Gift Shop, but I can’t find it on your E-Shop. Can I still get it?
Of course! Please contact us at eshop@lobkowicz.cz with the product details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If I broke or misplaced a product I have purchased, but it is currently not available on your E-Shop, can I still order a replacement?
Please contact us at eshop@lobkowicz.cz and we will do our best to replace your broken or misplaced item.
What forms of payment are accepted for online orders?
We only offer credit cards payment. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and AmEx cards.
My payment was not successful. What should I do?
We advise you to try to make the order and payment again. If your payment is still not successful, please contact us at eshop@lobkowicz.cz or by phone at (+420) 602 595 998 and we will help you to complete your order.
What shipping options do you offer?
We ship orders through courier service DHL Express which will deliver your order directly to your indicated address. You can also pick up your order personally at the Lobkowicz Palace Museum Shop.
What do I do if I want to order more products than you have in stock?
Please contact us at eshop@lobkowicz.cz and we will do our best to order the products directly from our supplier for you.
I have changed my mind about a product I ordered. Can I return or exchange it?
Yes, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Please review our Terms&Conditions. If you have more questions, please contact us at eshop@lobkowicz.cz.
How can I track my online order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link for your order which will state the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot specify the actual time of delivery. Courier Service DHL Express will inform you by e-mail or text message.
